Check out our IT Support Engineer Full-time We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support to our users. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Responsibilities: Respond to technical support requests from users via phone, email, and in-person Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software Document and track technical support requests in a ticketing system Provide training and support to users on computer systems and software applications Participate in the deployment of new hardware and software systems Collaborate with the IT team to evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 3+ years of experience in an IT support role Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware and software installation, and network troubleshooting Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skill This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.
