Pre Licensed Therapist Bilingual

DescriptionAbout the Role Clarvida is hiring a Pre-Licensed Therapist to join our Camino Nuevo program in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, access to licensure supervision, and a comprehensive benefits package. Must be bilingual Spanish. Salary #34/Hr full benefits.Pre-Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy while coordinating client intake and support services. You will collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care that promotes independence and empowerment.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual (adult), group, and family therapyConduct crisis intervention consultations and assist with treatment planningFacilitate educational and vocational planning for clientsParticipate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and program developmentDocument clinical services and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standardsEnsure HIPAA compliance and maintain professional boundariesProvide community consultation, education, and linkages to intensive interventionsTeach educational classes such as parenting, domestic violence, and anger managementMeet monthly productivity requirements as established by supervisor/programTransport clients as needed using personal vehiclePerform on-call duties and other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fieldRegistration as an AMFT, APCC, or ASW in CaliforniaValid California driver's license and auto insuranceMinimum two years of experience working with mental health patients in inpatient/outpatient settingsStrong clinical and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communicationProficiency with computer applications and documentation systemsPreferred QualificationsBilingual Spanish requiredExperience in trauma-informed care and community-based mental health programsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay: $34.00/hourPaid vacation days increasing with tenureSeparate sick leave that rolls over annuallyUp to 10 paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insurance optionsDailyPay – access your earnings earlyContinuing education and licensure supervision opportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Mileage reimbursement and cellphone stipendPerks @ Clarvida – discounts on travel, shopping, and entertainmentWork Location Santa Ana, CA – On-siteEmployment Type -Full-timeHow to Apply If you're passionate about mental health care and helping clients achieve independence and empowerment, we encourage you to apply.
