Job Title: Product Manager – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Software Location: San Jose, CA (Mandatory) Employment Type: W2 (Only) Experience Required: 9–11 YearsSummaryWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager (9–11 years) to lead the development and evolution of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role is ideal for someone who can operate at the intersection of legal operations, enterprise SaaS, and modern AI-driven product development.You will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision for end-to-end contract workflows, including intake, negotiation, redlining, e-signature, and post-execution obligations. The role requires strong domain knowledge in legal and procurement processes, along with the ability to translate complex workflows into scalable software solutions.A key focus of this position is driving innovation through AI and automation—such as clause extraction, contract risk scoring, and generative AI-assisted drafting—while ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and data warehouses. You will act as the central voice of the user, aligning legal, sales, procurement, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact, compliant, and efficient solutions.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically conversant (APIs, SaaS architecture), and experienced in Agile environments, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade products in regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product roadmap for CLM modules across contract lifecycle stagesTranslate business needs into user stories and prioritized engineering backlogsLead AI/automation initiatives (clause extraction, risk scoring, GenAI drafting)Oversee integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms)Act as product owner across discovery, development, testing, and launch cyclesAlign stakeholders across legal, procurement, sales, and engineering teamsRequired Skills & Qualifications9–11 years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS or legal techStrong understanding of CLM platforms (Apttus, Icertis, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, etc.)Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), SaaS architecture, and system integrationsStrong Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery experienceData-driven mindset with experience tracking product KPIsKnowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)Deep understanding of legal and procurement workflows
