Reporting directly to the CEO, you will blend product strategy, AI deployment, technical leadership, and UX optimization to deliver a world-class learning experience for a global audience.You must be deeply AI‐savvy—operating with today's "new reality" of what modern technology can achieve—and able to use AI to unlock efficiency, scale, and impact across the organization.What You'll DoLead the AI-Enabled University StrategyDrive the transformation into a fully AI‐enabled university.Deploy AI across core functions to improve operational efficiency and learning outcomes.Lead high‐impact AI initiatives, starting with learner communications (proactive, personalized interactions at scale), assessment grading & feedback (accuracy, speed, consistency).Own and evolve the end‐to‐end product vision, roadmap, and execution.Lead, mentor, and scale a lean product + engineering team.Make data‐informed decisions to identify growth opportunities and prioritize high‐impact features.Enhance User Experience for Growth & RetentionPartner closely with marketing to improve the applicant journey and drive conversion.Continuously improve the learner experience to strengthen engagement, progress, and retention.Ensure the product supports the needs of a global learner base across multiple markets and cultures.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with academics, operations, and marketing to ensure product strategy aligns with institutional goals.Break down silos and create alignment across remote, multicultural teams.Champion experimentation, speed, and a "bias for action."What We're Looking ForExtremely AI‐savvy—operates with the frontier capabilities of modern AI.8–10 years of product experience, with 3+ years of people leadership.Strong technical background—able to lead engineers, make architectural tradeoffs, and evaluate technical feasibility.Experience building and scaling B2C products, ideally those used frequently (not one‐and‐done).Experience serving global audiences.Experience in EdTech, online learning, language learning, or gaming—domains where engagement and outcomes matter.Proven success in resource‐constrained startup environments—able to hack, build, test, and iterate quickly.Culture Fit: Who Thrives HereMission‐driven and passionate about expanding access to quality, affordable education.Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by early‐stage environments.Resourceful, scrappy, and creative—you do more with less.Collaborative with high EQ and strong communication skills.Biased toward action—you ship quickly and iterate often.Globally minded and experienced working across cultures, markets, and time zones.Why JoinHelp shape the future of global higher education at a pivotal moment.Work with a diverse, international team solving meaningful problems.Lead transformative AI initiatives with real‐world impact at scale.Mission‐driven culture, high autonomy, and significant opportunities for growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
