Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Solution Advisor located in Dublin, CA. The Credit Solution Advisor will be responsible for providing tailored credit solutions to clients by assessing their financial needs and goals. Daily tasks include evaluating credit applications, advising clients on loan options, collaborating with internal teams to deliver personalized solutions, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves building strong client relationships and providing exceptional customer service to achieve optimal client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess financial data and decision-making processesKnowledge of Finance and credit solutions, including familiarity with lending products and regulatory complianceExcellent Communication skills for effective client interactions and internal collaborationExperience in Training and mentoring, demonstrating the ability to share knowledge effectivelyProven track record in Sales with the ability to proactively generate leads and meet business goalsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredAbility to work on-site in Dublin, CA, maintaining professional and customer-focused interactionsPrior experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage
