Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Arizona State PT license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.Proven ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document care according to payer and clinic guidelines.Experience with electronic medical record documentation and charge entry preferred.Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide student supervision as needed preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.Typical Work Days: Monday through Friday.Typical Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Patient Focus: Orthopedic physical therapy evaluations and treatments.Duration: 13-week assignment.
