About this Role As a Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining our web applications. Your contributions will directly impact how users interact with our products, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience. This is a full-time on-site position based in our Portland, OR office. · Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to ensure the reliability and robustness of front-end components. · Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to maintaining coding standards. · Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance skills and share knowledge within the team continually. Basic Qualifications: · 2+ years of experience programming with at least one software programming language such C#. · 2+ years of experience programming with jQuery, Bootstrap, and React. · Solid knowledge of database systems such as SQL/MySQL. · Experience with Azure cloud technologies. · Proven experience as a Front-End Software Engineer or in a similar role. · Solid understanding of web development principles, responsive design, and user experience best practices. · Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. · Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. · Experience with NoSQL. · Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. · Experience with PKI Success Criteria The success criteria for this role include engineering thought leadership, designing and writing software, supporting and mentoring the engineering team, and collaborating with key stakeholders. Clear communication of expected risks, complexities, and timelines contributes to overall success in this role.
