Deliver high‑quality patient care using the principles ofRelationship‑Centered Care, integrating theory, research, and evidence‑based practice. Assess andevaluatepatient needs while applying strong critical‑thinking skills to guide clinical decision‑making. Integrate comprehensive assessment and intervention skills into all aspects of nursing care. Prioritize patient care activities, including teaching, rounding, coaching, discharge planning, andappropriate delegation.
