Manager - Global Talent Assessment & Operations
Key responsibilitiesAssess and map existing early career talent assessment processes across regions, identifying opportunities for enhancement and greater consistencyAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making around assessment tools, hiring practices, and candidate evaluation frameworksLead global, cross-functional projects focused on modernizing and optimizing hiring assessmentsPartner closely with senior stakeholders, including business leaders and partners, to align talent strategies with broader organizational prioritiesSupport the evaluation and responsible adoption of new technologies that enhance people operations and candidate experienceContribute to the development of scalable, innovative approaches within a growing and evolving functionRequired Experience & CompetenciesAdvanced degree (master's or PhD preferred) -Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science or closely related fieldStrong foundation in talent assessment, psychometrics, or organizational research, with a passion for applying data to practical business challengesDemonstrated ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholdersExperience working with or evaluating technology solutions within HR or talent functionsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a developing or ambiguous environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; comfortable interacting with senior leadersFinancial, technology, or professional services industry experience is preferredThe organization is known for exceptional employee retention, best-in-class benefits, and a strong commitment to career development, including long-term growth and global mobility opportunities.Location and working modelThis role is based in either midtown New York City or Washington, D.C., with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in the office.
