Territory Sales Manager - West CoastLocation: Remote — West Coast (Utah / California/ Arizona)Reports to: Head - North AmericaAbout the client:Client is a global integrated HPMC Capsules manufacturing company, with a presence in over 100 countries. They deliver end-to-end solutions across the Nutraceutical value chain, from empty capsules and processing to packaging. Their capabilities include granulation, coating, filling, tabletting, packaging, and track-and-trace systems.ResponsibilitiesEstablish, maintain, and expand the customer base by identifying new prospects and driving business development across the assigned territory.Develop and execute territory sales plans and annual budgets to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.Manage and grow key accounts, increasing share of wallet while securing new business with supplement CDMOs and brand manufacturers.Deliver accurate forecasts, quarterly projections, and account plans based on market trends and performance data.Monitor sales performance, pricing, and collections in line with credit policies, partnering with internal teams as needed.Identify new product opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to develop customized solutions and drive commercialization.Build strong customer relationships, handle complaints, and coordinate with technical teams for timely issue resolution.Conduct market research to track competitors, industry trends, and provide insights to strengthen market presence.Ensure accurate CRM updates, maintain documentation, and prepare MIS reports to track performance and drive action plans.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) required; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales with strong relationships in the Health & Nutrition sector (Ingredients/Capsules).Territory Experience (must-have): Proven track record selling nutraceutical ingredients in the U.S West coast region.Core Sales Skills: Planning, forecasting, negotiation, sales process management, pipeline hygiene, and market mapping.Interpersonal: Strong relationship builder; self-starter who performs under pressure and worksindependently.Travel: ~50% within the U.S.
