Lead Java Developer

The ideal candidate has expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and cloud technologies, with experience building high-performance, regulatory-compliant solutions. This role includes providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality software. Requirements:8+ years of Java development experience with proven technical leadershipStrong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, Git, and CI/CDExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and financial services applicationsKnowledge of secure coding practices, regulatory compliance, and high-availability systemsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
