Additionally, as a division of Zions Bancorporation, the bank has collected multiple Greenwich Excellence Awards for "Overall Client Satisfaction" in Small Business & Middle Market Excellence Awards.We are looking for a Treasury Management Sales Consultant in Los Angeles or San Diego, CA.Essential Functions:Works under the Senior Treasury Sales Manager to manage Business Banking and Branch banking treasury management sales activities of the department, including the development of new non-borrowing treasury management business, expansion of existing business relationships and the servicing of clients.Functions as the liaison with the corporate treasury management group on all sales process rollouts.Will join in calling clients and will participate in client meetingsResponsible for business continuity planMonitors and plans sales strategies with relation to product profitability.Manages, motivates and coaches sales team to meet goals.Plans and schedules activities within the treasury management service area and coordinates these activities with other functional areas.Ensures that staff is adequately trained.Engages with other leaders throughout the organizationMaintains knowledge of bank products, regulatory requirements, and industry issues.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field and 6+ years of treasury management processes, products and services, sales or other directly related experience, management experience required.Requires a considerable working knowledge of treasury management processes and services, cash management products, sales and servicing techniques.Must have strong analysis, communication, customer service and organizational skills.Ability to motivate and manage sales employees.Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE!Life and Disability Insurance, Paid Paternal Leave, and Adoption AssistanceHealth Savings (HSA), Flexible Spending (FSA), and dependent care accountsPaid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO), and 11 Paid Federal Holidays401(k) plan with company match, Profit Sharing, competitive compensation in line with work experienceMental health benefits, including coaching and therapy sessionsTuition Reimbursement for qualifying employeesEmployee Ambassador preferred banking productsThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $160,000 - $196,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
