Job DutiesStart Date: 03/01/2026End Date: 12/30/2026Work hours 48 hours per week Monday - Saturday 8:00A.M - 5:00P.MMust Apply By: 08/01/2026Job Duties: Duties may include: Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to: operating various equipment for planting, spraying and harvesting of crops and manure application; machinery maintenance, and repair; grain handling, hauling farm commodities. Crops: corn, corn silage, soybeans, oats, alfalfa. Duties may also include: rock picking, mowing; maintaining fence & other related Ag Equipment Operator activities as per SOC/OES 45-2091 (onetonline.org).This job involves manual labor: Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 50lbs; may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area.Minimum Education RequiredNo High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum Experience Required2 months of experience required.Must be 18 years of age. Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.Worker must be able to obtain a valid US Driver's License within 2 weeks of reporting to work and possess/maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).This is a drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone.All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
