Sales Representative for Smart Lock Solutions & Door Hardware

Role Description
This is a full-time position as a National Sales Representative for smart lock and related hardware solutions. This role requires you to maintain existing customer relationships and to seek out and establish new customer partnerships with property management teams, designers, architects, and real estate developers. You will be promoting and selling smart lock and hardware solutions, providing product training and support to these organizations, and implementing agreed upon sales strategies to meet market growth goals.
Responsibilities:
· Manage current and create new channels within your sales pipeline
· Convert leads to sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
· Present smart lock & decorative hardware solutions effectively.
· Maintain strong client relationships with clients, channel partners, vendors, and manufacturers.
· Prospect new clients and identify sales opportunities.
· Communicate regularly with potential clients and follow up timely on leads and requests for information or support to nurture sales relationships and move our market position forward.
· Collaborate with other Team members to conceive specific, tailored plans for customers.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of project orders.
· Comprehensively address client needs and objections.
· Close deals by effectively negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes.
· Know our competitors, market developments, directions and trends to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Requirements:
· Strong communication and relationship building skills
· Demonstrable B2B sales management track record.
· Excellent presentation skills for product sales and training.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Travel required - estimated 5-10% of the time
· Tech-savvy, with ability to provide product support to customers.
· Self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
· A background in either electronic access controls or smart locks preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or construction (or related fields) preferred.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
