Facilities Technician

Description of work environment: Hands on HVAC/facilities environment supporting multiple buildings. Mix of mechanical rooms, rooftop units, customer-facing areas, and travel between sites using a company vehicle. What is a typical workday? Travel between sites, troubleshoot HVAC issues, complete work orders, coordinate contractors, interface with customers, update CMMS, and respond to urgent equipment problems. Some tasks must be completed same day or within the hour.
