Physical Security Specialist

Candidate Profile Requirements:Minimum Qualifications (Must Have)Education/Certification: Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.Experience: Minimum of five (5) or more years of demonstrated, functional work experience in technology implementation.Budget Management: Proven experience directly managing small-to-medium scale technology projects valued at $500K.Influence & Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade others, as well as create and present formal recommendations to management.Resilience: Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight timelines, and successfully navigate periods of limited support.Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):Security Platform Expertise: Detailed operational knowledge and experience with Lenel S2 and Milestone XProtect enterprise security platforms.Physical Security Hardware: Direct installation experience with physical security hardware including card readers, cameras, guardhouses, turnstiles, speed lanes, and automated road gates.Construction Intelligence: Building construction experience related to engineering drawings review, construction methodologies, and on-site field inspections.Methodology: Experience implementing technology systems using any of the Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Environment Adaptability: Experience working and deploying infrastructure across both corporate administrative environments and active Manufacturing/Industrial facilities.
