Loader/Unloader

Job Overview: B&T TOWING AND STORAGE LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Loader/Unloader to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely loading and unloading freight, vehicles, equipment, and other materials while ensuring efficient warehouse and storage operations. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload shipments, freight, and equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect incoming and outgoing items for damage and report discrepancies. Secure cargo using proper handling techniques and safety procedures. Organize materials in designated storage areas to maintain an orderly workspace. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization. Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment (forklift experience is a plus). Prepare shipments for transportation according to company procedures. Maintain accurate records of loaded and unloaded items. Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines. Work closely with warehouse staff, dispatchers, and drivers to ensure timely operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, moving, or loading/unloading experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift and move up to 50–75 lbs regularly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Basic communication skills in English. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
