In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering with precision, reporting to the Quality Assurance Inspector Team Lead and based at our Fairfield, NJ location with the working shift Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pmWhat You’ll Be DoingReturns & Quality InspectionsInspect returned products in accordance with Quality Assurance standards and guidelinesAccurately document return details in CRM and NAV systems under the direction of the QA SupervisorPrepare defective merchandise and return‑to‑sender items for review and follow‑up actionStock & Operational InspectionsAssist with inbound, outbound, and digital inspections to ensure quality complianceComplete inspection forms, tracking documents, and QA records accurately and on timeSupport internal Customer Experience inspection requests and escalate issues or findings as neededMaster Sample Library SupportMaintain organization of master samples, including binders and shelvingFile and track new master samples provided by Product DevelopmentWhat You Bring to the TableA minimum of 2 years of experience within a warehouse settingDemonstrate strong attention to detail and take pride in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in their workAbility to multitask effectively and shift prioritize quickly while remaining an organized Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as the role involves clear documentation and collaboration with cross‑functional teamsComfort with general computer use and digital systems is expected, including the ability to accurately enter and maintain recordsForklift experience is a plus, and familiarity with NAV, CRM systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or UPS WorldShip is preferred but not requiredThe Phillip Jeffries ExperienceAt Phillip Jeffries, we believe exceptional work deserves exceptional care.
