Operations Trainee ProgramLocation: Meridian, Idaho (Operations Center)About The ProgramSunwest Bank’s Operations Trainee Program is a 12‑month rotational program designed for early‑career professionals and high‑potential talent interested in building a long‑term career in bank operations and leadership.You’ll gain hands‑on experience rotating through multiple operations teams, working on real projects, and learning how a bank operates end‑to‑end.
