Job Description:Job DescriptionMasters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll play a vital role within a dedicated school community, helping students achieve meaningful progress throughout the school year. This position begins immediately and continues through the end of the current academic term, with the potential to renew for the next school year. Your schedule will follow school-day hours, starting at 7:30am and concluding at 3:00pm, and you'll work with a caseload of 10-15 students at a single school site. This setting fosters lasting relationships with students, families, and colleagues while allowing you to make a direct impact on student growth. Key Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent and valid California SLP licensePrior experience in pediatric and school settings requiredSkilled in teletherapy as well as in-person service deliveryComfortable working independently with a K-12 caseloadMust not be SLPA or CF Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 studentsProvide both direct and consultative services in accordance with student IEPsMaintain accurate and timely documentation for complianceCollaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student successParticipate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations This role is an excellent fit for an SLP seeking a supportive environment and consistent daytime schedule during the school year.
