This role is ideal for someone who has managed settlement operations within a title company environment and is comfortable owning the full lifecycle of escrows, remittances, and reconciliations.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the settlement and post-closing accounting functionOversee post-closing escrows, disbursements, remittances, and reconciliationsPrepare, review, and approve settlement statementsEnsure compliance with title, escrow, and accounting regulationsServe as a point of escalation for complex transactions or discrepanciesCollaborate with internal teams, lenders, attorneys, and clientsImprove processes, controls, and efficiencies within the settlement departmentQualifications:5+ years of title company experience in settlement, escrow, and accountingProven experience leading or managing settlement operationsStrong understanding of post-closing escrows and remittance processesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressureExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
