Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Culinary Team as our instrumental PM Line Cook (Cook 2) at Hyatt at Olive 8's Tidal+!This team-oriented intermediate line cook position requires good communication as well as at least 1-2 years of previous line cook experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of sauces, stocks, frying, broiling, grilling, and sauteeing, and be comfortable in producing at a high-volume level. Afternoon/Evening availability is required, as shifts will typically schedule from 02:00p - 11:30p daily.The hourly rate range for this position is $30.80/hour to $31.82/hour. The starting rate for this position is $30.80/hour.
