We are committed to providing exceptional workforce solutions while building long-term partnerships with our clients.Position OverviewTalent Source is seeking a Property Management Staffing Consultant to help expand our client base throughout San Diego. This role is focused on business development and relationship management within the property management industry. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and partnering with property management companies, HOAs, and real estate firms that need staffing support. Our internal recruiting team will handle sourcing, screening, and placement activities, allowing you to focus on developing client relationships and growing accounts.Key Responsibilities* Attend in-person client meetings throughout San Diego as needed to support business development efforts* Identify and prospect property management companies, HOAs, and real estate firms throughout San Diego* Build relationships with property managers, asset managers, facility directors, and decision-makers* Present staffing solutions for maintenance, janitorial, leasing, groundskeeping, administrative, and other property management-related positions* Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients* Close new business opportunities and establish long-term client partnerships* Grow existing accounts by identifying additional staffing needs* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communicationsQualifications* Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, HOA management, real estate operations, facilities management, or a related field* Established network of contacts within the San Diego property management industry preferred* Strong business development, relationship-building, and communication skills* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment* Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain an organized sales pipeline* Must currently reside in San Diego CountyCompensation & Benefits* Base pay: $22–$30/hour depending on experience* Tiered commission structure based on gross margin:* 6% up to $5,000/month* 8% from $5,000–$15,000/month* 10% above $15,000/month* Milestone bonuses for achieving key performance targets* No commission cap* Full recruiting and back-office support* Opportunity for advancement into leadership rolesWhy Join Talent Source?* Fully remote position with flexibility* Work with an established staffing agency* Focus on client development while our recruiting team handles candidate placement* Unlimited earning potential through commissions* Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company
