Share feedback, uplift successes, and empower staff to be strong youth advocates.Support Growth and Learning: Facilitate team meetings and trainings, provide 1:1 support to staff, and work with Program Director and Alba Milieu Manager to create supportive programming for youth.Document the Journey: Complete date review and validation on team, ensuring that our programs have the data they need to thrive and continue serving those who need it most.Team Building: Support team in fostering strong connections and support for each other.Collaboration: With Alba Milieu Manager to provide seamless youth service coordination and team cohesion. With the team to encourage creativity and critical thinking in service provision for youth.Qualifications Understanding of substance use, mental health, trauma, abuse and adolescent development including brain development. Experience, ability and commitment to working with sexual minority and culturally diverse staff, participants and community Excellent communication, organization, creativity, flexibility, optimism, positive humor and overall interpersonal skills. Degree in social work, psychology, or related field -or- comparable work and lived experience Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience Minimum of years of experience working with high-risk youth required Must have access to automobile, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance on vehicle.
