This position partners cross-functionally with Retail Store Operations, Retail Marketing, Buying & Allocation, Field Leadership, and Brand Marketing to ensure consistent, impactful visual merchandising across all retail locations.What You'll Do:Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and field leaders to ensure seamless visual merchandising execution across storesSupport seasonal floorset planning and execution in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising ManagerDevelop visual merchandising directive templates and manage visual asset inventories to ensure timely distribution of props and materialsAssist in the creation and maintenance of the Visual Merchandising Standards Guide, including content development and updatesWrite clear and compelling creative briefs to support seasonal campaigns and in-store storytellingManage print production timelines, vendor communication, and distribution to support marketing rolloutsCreate and distribute weekly visual decks and communications for internal teamsAct as a liaison between Retail Marketing and the Field Team to support product launches and storytelling initiativesSupport New Store Openings (NSO) through visual planning, prop ordering, and execution of merchandising directivesAssist with fixture planning to optimize store layouts and merchandise presentationParticipate in fixture development, including reviewing specifications and conducting in-store or vendor evaluationsSupport store events and visual installations as neededReview store floorset submissions and provide feedback to enhance field visual executionManage and fulfill visual supply requests from storesTravel as needed to support store openings, training, and visual initiativesWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, or a related field3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail space planning, or store operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred)Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to translate business needs into actionable visual merchandising strategiesUnderstanding of retail environments and how visual merchandising enhances the customer experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and field associatesPay Range: $70,000-$80,000 annually plus bonus based on experience5.11 offers a best-in-class benefits program including: medical, dental and vision insurance; a 401(k) program with employer match; employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance.
