Workday HRIS SpecialistContract-to-Permanent | Fully Remote (Europe)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Workday HRIS Specialist to support the ongoing administration, configuration, and optimisation of the Workday platform. This role will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to enhance system functionality, maintain data integrity, and support Workday projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Workday HCM and related modules.Support business process changes, security updates, organisational changes, and system enhancements.Troubleshoot Workday issues and provide system support.Manage Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.Develop reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.Support integrations, data loads, and interface monitoring.Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.Drive process improvements and optimise HR operations through Workday.Required Experience2+ years of Workday HRIS, Analyst, or Systems Administration experience.Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday configuration.Experience supporting Workday in a live production environment.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working within global or multi-country organisations is advantageous.Technical StackWorkday: Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Payroll (preferred), Business Process Framework, Security, Advanced Reporting, Matrix Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, EIB.Integrations & Data: Core Connectors, Workday Studio (desirable), Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, JSON, Data Loads, Data Validation.Tools: ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Advanced Excel, Agile/Scrum.
