Located in Siverville Tn, the resort symbolizes a meticulous blend of history and innovation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Sevierville, TN. The Construction Expert Chief Construction Officer (CCO) will oversee the planning, management, and execution of all construction activities for the Titanic Heritage Resort. Responsibilities include ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications. The CCO will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals, procurement standards, and project controls.QualificationsExpertise in Construction Management and Project Management, ensuring efficient planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.Strong skills in Budgeting and Project Control for monitoring cost, timelines, and adherence to project scope.Experience in Procurement, including negotiation and coordination with vendors and suppliers.Proven ability to manage teams, establish workflows, and oversee complex construction operations.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to guide large-scale projects from inception to completion.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields is required; advanced degrees or certifications (such as PMP) are a plus.Familiarity with luxury hospitality construction or related projects is highly desirable.
