CMAZ70201- SBA Portfolio Manager – Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)We are representing a multi-billion-dollar financial group in Phoenix seeking an SBA Portfolio Manager to work in a department of seven Portfolio Managers. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Senior Credit Officer, offering the perfect blend of credit oversight and strategic relationship management. What you’ll do: manage a delegated portfolio of SBA 7(a), 504, and USDA loans, act as the primary point of contact for credit quality, monitoring, and risk mitigation, partner with BDOs to identify cross-sell opportunities, support underwriting, and ensure strict adherence to SBA SOPs and liquidation matrices. What we’re looking for: 3-5+ years of experience in SBA and Commercial Real Estate credit, deep technical knowledge of 7(a) and 504 programs, a collaborative mindset and the ability to “voice issues” to protect the portfolio.
