Paid weekly!Location: Peoria, AZ 85345Exceptional PerksUniforms Provided AND cleaned for FREEWork Boot AllowanceRent ANY of our equipment for FREEFREE Prescription Safety GlassesUnique Vacation Overtime Averaging benefit that pays you overtime while you're on vacation!What you will doPerform routine, 90day, and annual inspections on aerial work platforms (including boom lifts and scissor lifts) to ensure compliance with manufacturer and safety standardsDiagnose and repair mechanical issues on aerial equipment both in the shop and in the fieldConduct mechanical troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs using appropriate tools (including torque wrenches)Document inspections, maintenance, and repairs accurately using webbased systems and electronic tabletsMaintain equipment safety decals, service readiness, and a clean, organized work area; assist with equipment loading, delivery, and pickup as neededHave you got what it takes?Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis.1-3 years of handson experience as a mechanic or technician, preferably with construction or industrial equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and repair skillsAbility to perform physically demanding work, including climbing on equipment and lifting up to 50 lbs.Valid driver's license with a good driving record; minimum age of 21 and ability to maintain a DOT medical cardBasic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills for customer and team interactionInterested?
