Manufacturing SupervisorMonroe, OHOnsite (12-hour shift schedule; nights)What You'll Do:Relate Search has partnered with a leading manufacturer in their search for a Manufacturing Supervisor to support operations at their Monroe, Ohio facility. This role is a critical frontline leadership position responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost while developing and leading high-performing production teams.This leader will provide hands-on supervision, mentorship, and direction to ensure operational objectives are met while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. The Manufacturing Supervisor will play a key role in aligning daily operations with broader business goals and maintaining a strong, safety-first environment.Responsibilities:Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metricsProvide direct supervision, coaching, and mentorship to frontline employees, ensuring strong team performance and engagementAssess employee capabilities and drive development plans to enhance skillsets and overall effectivenessChampion a strong safety culture, leading investigations and implementing corrective actions as neededAdjust workflows, staffing, and processes to meet production schedules and changing business needsDrive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principlesSupport hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts to build and maintain a high-performing teamLead by example, reinforcing accountability, collaboration, and operational excellenceQualifications:2–4 years of frontline supervisory experience, preferably within a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams in a fast-paced settingStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently and with urgencyExperience working with systems to track, analyze, and report operational dataUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferredHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredPerks & Benefits:Opportunity to lead and develop a frontline team within a growing manufacturing organizationHigh-impact role with direct influence on plant performance and cultureExposure to continuous improvement initiatives and operational leadership developmentCompetitive compensation package and benefitsAbout Relate SearchRelate Search is a Woman, Minority, and LGBTQIA+ owned executive and professional search firm dedicated to connecting top talent with meaningful opportunity.
