NOC Manager

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Build and lead the 24/7 Network Operations Center monitoring facility and IT infrastructure across the campus. *What you'll do:* * Stand up NOC tooling, runbooks, and escalation paths * Hire, schedule, and lead NOC technicians across shifts * Own event management and ticket quality * Report availability and incident metrics * Coordinate with facilities and tenant operations *What you'll bring:* * 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations * Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations * Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
