Experienced and Entry Level Restaurant Support Staff

Overview We are a fast paced, family owned/operated restaurant seeking enthusiastic and dependable support staff to join our team. This role is ideal for both experienced and entry-level candidates. Support staff play a crucial role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Support staff is paid an hourly rate plus cash tips. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts accurately and efficiently Deliver customer orders accurately and efficiently Assist with setting up dining areas, including table settings and cleanliness Support other staff by delivering food and clearing tables as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and common spaces Handle guest inquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork ethic with a positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Prior experience in restaurant support or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided for entry-level candidates Basic knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous but not mandatory Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Benefits: Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Work Location: In person
