Family Nurse Practitioner Opportunity - Putnam, CTAbout the Organization: A regional community health center serving a 37-town rural region in eastern Connecticut, with sites in Willimantic, Danielson, Norwich, and Putnam. The dedicated staff provides a full range of primary care services to all ages including medical, dental, and behavioral health care, as well as care coordination and community outreach. In addition to main facilities, services include mobile programs and School-Based Health Centers.Compensation:Base salary: - Starting at $113,263+ (Master s level) - Starting at $118,263+ (Doctorate level) - Salary commensurate with experiencePosition Summary: Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver a broad range of clinical primary care services for patients across the lifespan.
