Key Responsibilities Transaction Execution: Support the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions; perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live deals. Modeling & Valuation: Develop various financial models including LBO’s, DCF’s, and comparable company/precedent analyses. Marketing Material Development: Conduct the preparation and review of investment memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and pitchbooks. Leadership & Quality Control: Interpret instructions and delegate to Analysts as appropriate; review and verify all documents to ensure total accuracy and consistency. Client Engagement: Attend client and pitch meetings, acting as a key point-of-contact for the firm. Business Development: Support the expansion of the business by developing relationships with prospective clients. Compliance: Maintain required licenses and the highest professional and ethical standards. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of experience (typically in an Analyst position) in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Technical Proficiency: Strong financial modeling skills and a working knowledge of deal structuring and the closing process. Professional & Communication Skills: Strong networking skills with the ability to synthesize market events into detailed research and analytical insights.
