We believe ADHD is not a flaw but a unique way of experiencing the world, and our work reflects that belief every day.The OpportunityWe are seeking an independently licensed Ohio clinician to join us as a 1099 independent contractor. This is an ideal fit for a therapist who wants the autonomy of private practice, setting your own schedule, caseload, and rates, without the overhead of building a practice from scratch. You'll work alongside a small, mission-driven team that genuinely cares about neurodivergent women.What You'll Do as an Independent ContractorYou will operate as an independent clinician, exercising full clinical judgment over the care you provide. Responsibilities include:Providing mental health services (and, if interested, group therapy) with ADHD and co-occurring concernsConducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plansDelivering evidence-based interventionsMaintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with Ohio scope-of-practice and HIPAA requirementsSetting your own session ratesCollaborate in a professional manner with other contractors/ownerWhat Flourish & Focus ProvidesInviting, collaborative, shared and fully furnished shared office space in Dublin, OH with natural light, available whenever you'd like to see clients in personTelehealth flexibility, see clients virtually, in person, or hybridSimple Practice (EHR) access for documentation and schedulingPrinter and virtual fax accessEMDR TheraTappers available for useWelcoming lobby with complimentary drinks and a stocked kitchenFree and easy on-site parking, restroomsAccess to virtual assistant Billing support (for clinicians working private-pay only)Marketing and visibility through our website, including a dedicated bio listingReferral support but not guaranteed from our existing client network and community partnersIn-Person Office Availability Monday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PMTuesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PMWednesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PMThursday: 8:00 AM-11: AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PMFriday: All daySaturday: All dayWhat You'll Provide as an Independent ContractorTo preserve the independent nature of this role, contractors are responsible for:Maintaining their own active Ohio independent clinical license in good standingCarrying their own professional liability/malpractice insuranceOperating under their own business entity (LLC or sole proprietorship) or as a self-employed individualManaging their own taxes (1099-NEC issued annually)Setting their own caseload, hours, and clinical approachContinuing education and license renewalQualificationsActive, independent Ohio clinical license: LISW or LISW-S, LPCC or LPCC-S, IMFT or IMFT-S, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)Demonstrated experience providing therapy to adults; ADHD-specific experience strongly preferredSkilled in evidence-based interventions (CBT and related modalities)Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skillsComfortable working autonomously and managing your own clinical scheduleFamiliarity with telehealth platforms and Simple Practice (or similar EHR) is a plusGenuine alignment with our neuroaffirming centered missionCompensationYou set your own session rates within our private-pay framework, and 60/40 split contractors retain 60% of collected fees.
