Delegates tasks to appropriate associates to complete tasks in a timely manner. Assists on the production lines when necessary. Ensures appropriate information is communicated to those within their area of responsibility and communicates appropriate information back to supervisor. Conducts and completes training for all new hires.Monitors and increases overall line efficiency. Ensures product meets specifications and goals in production, yields, labor, and quality. Completes any necessary paperwork assigned by production supervisor or manager (i.e., downtime monitors, line testing, etc.) in a timely manner.Aligns and abides by our JB core values. Models respect for everyone, collaborates with the team, and demonstrates the ability to adapt to change, holds themselves and others accountable to be responsible.Attend all required company trainings.Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.Required Skills And QualificationsEffective communication skills.Good aptitude with numbers.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Microsoft Office intermediate knowledge Physical And Environmental FactorsSafety Awareness - Follow all safety laws, policies, and procedures. Immediately report safety concerns to supervisor.
