ome join our team as a Material Handler! As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for supporting the production cells with lean inventory control standards.Responsibilities :• Coordinate & perform picking and shipping steps of inter-org & external orders• Receive & route material to designated locations• Kanban bin fill and execution• Maintain necessary records and files of transactions, verifying accuracy of shipments against bills of lading, invoices or other records on Oracle or other systems.• Set up locations in Oracle and resolve purchase order receiving discrepancies and receiving discrepancies with planner-buyer.• Sustain material presentations in the cells utilizing client specific tools and systems.• Physically perform and transact cycle counts of materials.• Investigate and reconcile bad counts with assistance of senior material handlerRequirements :• Ability to work in a Manufacturing environment including repetitive use of upper extremities.• Position may require occasional heavy lifting (> 50 lbs) or movement of objects up to 40 lbs.• Safety glasses may be required.• Must be able to read, speak and understand English fluently in order to communicate and provide directions to various team members in operations• Available to work a minimum of 10% overtime when required.Details:1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm or 7am to 3:30pmPay rate - $21-22.00/hourPay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
