This role requires strong program leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and hands‑on experience with ERP integrations, data migration, and change management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end delivery of complex ERP initiatives across HCM, FSCM, integrations, reporting, and data migrationManage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change controlDevelop project plans, forecasts, and executive‑level status reportingCoordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendorsDrive change management, system adoption, and stakeholder engagementOversee vendor integrations and contractual deliverablesTypical ProjectsHCM retiree benefits implementationFSCM / Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) integrationRadio billing interface integrationsERP enhancements and reporting initiativesRequired Qualifications5+ years managing enterprise‑level ERP projectsExperience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or PeopleSoftStrong knowledge of finance, procurement, supply chain, and HR processesProven executive‑level stakeholder managementExperience with integrations, system architecture, and data migrationFamiliarity with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologiesTools experience: MS Project, Planview, ServiceNow SPM, or Open WorkbenchCore Competencies: Strategic execution • Change leadership • Risk management • Financial & resource planning • Executive communication
