This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the floor, leading teams, and helping build operations from the ground up.This is an immediate hire. The position will start part-time during pre-launch (training, setup, and onboarding staff), with the opportunity to transition to full-time as we approach the go-live date, subject to opening timelines and any delays.This role reports to the Caf Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pre-launch preparation, setup, and employee trainingLead day-to-day caf operations after openingTrain, coach, and support caf staffProvide strong customer service and handle guest concernsMaintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standardsCoordinate with the kitchen on menu items and availabilityManage inventory, ordering, and stock levelsSchedule staff and delegate daily tasksMonitor sales, labor, and basic P&L performanceStep in to support operations as neededFollow all company safety policies and proceduresRequirementsHigh school diploma required; hospitality or business degree preferred23 years of lead or supervisory experienceStrong communication and teamwork skillsKnowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsPositive attitude and ability to lead by exampleFlexible availability (mornings, weekends, holidays)Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)Why This RoleImmediate involvement in pre-launch operationsOpportunity to grow into a full-time leadership roleHands-on environment with supportive managementIf this sounds like a good fit, we'd like to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $26.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
