You will play a key part in ensuring compliance with accounting standards while supporting operational and financial reporting initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance7+ years of professional accounting experience with expertise in GAAP and IFRSCPA or CMA certification highly preferredProficiency in SAP ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)Strong analytical skills and high attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholdersU.S. citizenship requiredResponsibilitiesManage month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliationsPrepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRSSupport audit processes by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with SOX requirementsAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisOversee operational finance activities such as accounts payable/receivable, inter-company, payroll, treasury management, and Travel & Expense processesIdentify opportunities for process improvements within accounting workflowsSupport audits and contribute to strengthening accounting controls in a growing team
