Bowers Accountants & Advisors is looking for highly motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented Interns who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our tax team for the 2027 Tax Internship Season!Tax internships are in the Spring season (February - April 15th)We offer flexibility for hours regarding a student's scheduleBowers Accountants & Advisors is not able to accommodate any type of SponsorshipResponsibilitiesBe a part of our Tax team and learn the business of TaxPlan and prepare Tax services as shared by our Tax StaffCollaborate with our Tax Accountants for further support and learning toolsBecome familiar with and effectively utilize software in assigned areas.Communicate concise and accurate project status updatesKey ObjectivesApproach daily responsibilities with the Bowers’ mission and client-centric philosophy in mind.Learn about Tax processes and policiesProfessional nature and communication skillsDevelop the ability to identify, understand, and address accounting issues.Actively participate in firm outings and activities as able.QualificationsActive enrollment and a major in Accounting or FinanceInterest in pursuing a career in public accountingPreferably pursuing the 120-150 credit-hour academic requirement toward CPA eligibilityStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite"Bowers" is the brand name under which Bowers & Company CPAs, PLLC and Bowers Advisors, LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with applicable professional standards.
