Locum Family Medicine needed in Guadalupe, CA Top Hourly + Flight, Rental Car, Lodging Outpatient Family Practice - FQHC setting Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine Start: 2/24/25 or ASAC End: 6/27/25 LOA: 3 months, option to extend longer Credentialing: 30-60 days Schedule: M-F 8A-5P or will accept 4 10hr days Patient Volume: 20-23 patients per day; all patients are pre-booked to account for no-shows Procedures: Basic Family Medicine, wellness exams, child development, cold, cough, flu, chronic care, diabetes, weight management, bread and butter FM. EMR: AthenaHealth License: CA license Additional Information: 1 APP on-site. Must be BC and have no hits on license. Clean NPDB report and license also required with submission.
