SEC Reporting Analyst

*Position: SEC Reporting Analyst* *Location: Dublin, CA(hybrid, 2-3 days a week oniste)* *Duration: 6 months+* *Job Description:* Specific experience with SEC financial reporting. Must have online reporting tool called Workiva. They use this tool heavily. · Prepare the quarterly and annual external financial reports, including those filed with the SEC. o Update and monitor the quarterly 10-Q/K PBC lists o Partner closely with other business areas to review and ensure the accuracy of financial reports including, but not limited to Treasury, Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Investor Relations, as part of the reporting process o Prepare filings within the Workiva software tool o Prepare 10-Q/K tie-out binder o Review 10-Q/K iXBRL tags to ensure accuracy of concepts Prepare the quarterly and annual disclosure checklists Job Type: Contract Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift Experience: * SEC Reporting Analyst: 8 years (Required) * financial reports: 8 years (Required) * 10-Q/K PBC lists: 8 years (Required) * 10-Q/K tie-out binder: 8 years (Required) * GAAP pronouncements: 8 years (Required) Work Location: On the road
