HiFyve is hiring a Plant Controller in the Food & Beverage manufacturing industry in Norfolk, NE!Salary: Up to $140KShift: Day ShiftLocation: Norfolk, NEPosition Overview:We're hiring a Facility Controller to serve as the financial lead for a manufacturing plant in Norfolk, NE. This role partners closely with the Plant Manager and works remotely with Corporate Finance, owning the plant P&L, financial reporting, and cost analysis for site operations. You'll be the sole finance presence onsite, making this a highly visible and impactful role.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the full P&L for the Norfolk facilityPartner with the Plant Manager on budgets, forecasts, and financial decision-makingAnalyze manufacturing costs, variances, and yield performanceTrack capital spending and monitor budget vs. actualsOversee inventory, MRO, and production-related financial controlsSupport monthly business reviews with clear, data-driven insightsServe as the onsite finance point of contact while collaborating with corporate finance remotelyManage office/administrative staff at the facilityKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Manufacturing finance experience with direct P&L ownershipStrong ERP experience and advanced Excel skillsComfortable being onsite 5 days per weekExperience working independently as the primary finance lead at a siteBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldStrong communication skills and ability to translate numbers into operational insightFood, dairy, or process manufacturing background (Preferred)Experience supporting plant leadership and CI / cost improvement initiatives (Preferred)
