Develop engaging e-learning content and practical frameworks for knowledge transfer. Create comprehensive SOPs, playbooks, toolkits, and quick reference guides. Redesign and optimize Talent Management SharePoint sites with modern UX principles.What You'll Need Proven experience in defining KM processes, taxonomies, and systems. Strong ability to create micro-learning, e-learning, and job aids, applying adult learning methodologies. Expertise in designing SharePoint sites, including structure, navigation, and content layouts. Skill in gathering requirements, synthesizing feedback, and translating needs into effective designs. Ability to understand interconnected workflows across Talent, Knowledge Management, and Learning.
