Senior Technical Project Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives in a fast-paced product environment. This role requires strong technical depth, disciplined execution, and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, design, and QA teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of technical projects across engineering and product teamsDefine scope, milestones, dependencies, and execution plansDrive execution cadence, remove blockers, and ensure on-time deliveryPartner with engineering teams to manage technical risks, dependencies, and architecture discussionsWork closely with frontend, backend, QA, and design teams across the full SDLCTranslate technical designs and system architecture into actionable plansEstablish and improve delivery processes and mechanismsCommunicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership (VP+)Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Technical Program / Project ManagerProven experience delivering complex software or platform initiativesStrong understanding of:Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — including coordination across frontend, backend, QA, and design teamsAgile / Scrum / Kanban methodologiesDistributed systems and modern application architecturesHands-on experience or strong exposure to technical design / system architecture discussionsSolid experience with AWS cloud environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage ambiguity and competing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications (High Priority)Experience working in FAANG or similar high-scale tech environments (strong preference)Technical background (ex-developer, engineer, or strong technical depth as TPM)Exposure to code reviews, engineering best practices, or system-level decision makingExperience working with:Backend, frontend, platform, and DevOps teamsFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOpsCertifications like PMP, CSM, or equivalent
