As a Funds Transfer Specialist I, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you set the standard for what it means to wire funds with Frost. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all wire requests follow established guidelines and procedures. You'll answer inbound and outbound calls and enjoy providing next-level customer service to every individual you interact with. Our transfer specialists are diligent problem-solvers who constantly deliver our kind of wires experience the kind that makes people feel secure.
