Strong full stack engineer with deep Google Cloud experience.QualificationsCan design, build, and deploy full stack applications on GCPHands‐on experience with BigQuery (analytics, data modeling, performance)Familiar with Vertex AI (model deployment, pipelines, integrations)Ability to own full stack delivery on GCP and comfortable operating as a GCP expert end to end (infra, CI/CD, app + data layers)ResponsibilitiesSupport of quality services based on core supported technologies and deployment of new quality services based on customer needs. Responsible for directing individuals in testing, designing, planning, piloting, integrating, monitoring, problem determination and resolution for said services. Sets priorities and ensures that projects are delivered according to schedule and budget. Holds overall accountability for 24/7 on‐call Level 3 incident management and problem management support responsibilities as it relates to the core technologies they support. Validate and ensure appropriate usage of the firm's, organization's, and team's policies, procedures, standards, and methods. Re‐prioritize as necessary and ensure resolution to escalated incidents and problems based on Service Level Agreement (SLA). Maintain awareness of the firm's technology strategy and recommend appropriate enhancements and upgrades to supported core technologies. Execute plans to enhance and upgrade supported technologies via direct guidance of technical staff. Ensure operational designs for changes to existing supported services or the addition of new services support the standards adopted for the firm. Consult with personnel in other disciplines to coordinate activities. Manage continual upgrading of procedures and hardware/software (HW/SW) for technology area to maintain currency with technological progress, economic change, and business needs. Operate according to approved budgetary guidelines and develop the departmental annual budget. Oversee testing, operational design, piloting, documentation, monitoring and implementation planning for new services and environments within supported technologies. Make recommendations and plan the enhancement and upgrade of services in production. Maintain currency in chosen technical field and maintain awareness of firm architecture and strategy. Provide operational engineering input into research and development and proof of concept efforts conducted by the architecture team. Follow ITIL defined processes established within the organization. Oversee resolution of Level 3 incidents and participate in trending of those incidents to identify problems. Oversee problem control and error control activities for prompt resolution of problems. Provide feedback to appropriate vendors, including pros and cons of support as well as enhancement requests. Provide for joint review with other support staff; analysis of incidents, trends, and system health efficiencies. Responsible for career development and performance management via direct management/supervision of people. Develop the overall department budget and ensure that the team operates within budget. Manage training and development of staff members to develop their skills and maintain state‐of‐the‐art knowledge in their area of responsibility. Directly and indirectly supervise staff members in the development, implementation, and support of core supported technologies to meet client business requirements. Prioritize and re‐prioritize efforts as needed and assign to staff. Work effectively on multiple projects, simultaneously, in a fast‐paced and highly challenging environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
