Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Raleigh, NC, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. As a BIM Coordinator, you will oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinate plans with architectural and engineering teams, and collaborate on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems design. The role involves ensuring high-quality and accurate BIM models, facilitating communication across project stakeholders, and contributing to the successful management of projects. Additionally, the role requires maintaining documentation and proactively solving design challenges in a collaborative environment. Qualifications BIM Coordination expertise, including proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and methodologiesKnowledge and experience in Architecture, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systemsProject Management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrong organizational, communication, and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with construction or engineering industries is a plusProficiency in relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or NavisworksBachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
