Security Installation Lead

Job purpose Install, program and service security banking equipment (e.g. alarms, CCTV, Access Control). Duties and responsibilities Primary job duties and responsibilities: Manage & train crew of 1-2 Security Installation Helpers Perform Prewire installations Provide frontline technical support to on-site customers by diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, & system issues Perform upgrades and repairs Perform equipment installations and programming Qualifications Qualifications include: 3-5 years of experience required Familiarity with DMP, Bosch, Verint or March Networks in banking applications Ability to interact with clients in a positive and professional manner Ability to communicate and explain job details with the installation team Ability to work safely with minimal supervision Working conditions Job is performed on customer sites throughout our regional service area. Working hours generally are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm but may require some evenings, and overnight travel. A QSI vehicle is provided for travel to and from job sites.
